Family member had several broken bones and is healing at home. They tell me they love this chair because it helps them stand up and has everything they need. Loves the adjustable headrest. Another family member says when their chair goes bad, they plan to get a chair just like this. Hopefully it will come in black by then. Thanks for the speedy delivery.

The chair was delivered in 3 boxes - 1 per day and this hadn't been disclosed upfront, but after the 3rd gay I had all of the components.

outhed caser evah ...e tadpUI bought this chair in November 25 and it was the last part of April 26th and the massage function has failed.The remote control for the massage will come on for a moment and you kind of get a little massage out of the leg portion of the chair for a brief moment and then the remote shuts itself off. I will try to reach out to the company but looking at another review, this looks to be next to impossible to get hold of anybody but we will see. I will update when I find something out. Other than that the chair seems built well and it's pretty comfortable. I have reached out to the company and they responded immediately and we're very friendly and understanding of the problem I was having. They have replaced the part of the chair that had failed and now I am very happy with my chairs. I would recommend these to anyone and their customer service is second to none.

I'm a big guy, north of 500lbs and over 6 foot, I love this chair.It's comfortable, very well made, the motors have no problem lifting me and getting me into the right position.I actually fit in this chair and the headrest extends forward more than most which is really nice.Heat is great, massage is kinda weak.

I ordered with a 10 day delivery window... Well, it arrived in two days.. That is impressive Delivery man brought them into he house for me.. 2.30 pm Half an hour later I proceeded to assemble. Yes the base is heavy, 2 people would probaby be a benefit. After examination of the containers and removing the parts for assembly and verification they were all there. I assemblled the 2 arm rests and the back, connected the wires tidied up the wiring to protect it.. covered the wiring area at back with the velcro cover.. plugged it in. WOW, , it works and yes it is comfortable.. IF it performs well for me I can say it will be well worth the money.. Down the road I may need the lift assist, but not right now. 2 weeks have passed since I started using it now.. Unit works just fine for the most part, I do have only one thing that would have really been a joy.. A button on the controller that can be chosen to ''SAVE'' The TV selection after other adjustments like the position of the foot rest. position of the head/neck support have been decided, then after you choose the ''HOME'' button again it will remember those positions. THEN, the next time you sit in the chair and touch the Memory button the chair will return to the position it was in before you last pressed the HOME button.

The power lift reclining is a very nice recliner for the price. The same recliner would cost much more in a furniture store. The heat part doesn't heat very much but as well as everything else works I would highly recommend this for anyone who has mobility issues as it makes it very easy to stand up.

I would buy this again. Good looking solid chair.

The seat is short, otherwise I would give it a 5. All functions work wonderfully and with the heat and vibrate it will put you to sleep in a jiffy! The home function is pretty cool too. The chair operates completely noise-free. Quality seems to be very reliable and stable. Good value for the money.

Handicapped and this is my 4th lift recliner and the best by far. And also one of the lowest price ones. Wife and I like matching recliners so always buy two. Both chairs together cost just more than each chair last set. Unless it bursts into flames or such, if I buy another pair, this is the brand.CONSVery minor with easy fix - no battery backup. I've used it once but that's all it takes. Fixed by buying the cheapest 400 watt UPS and plug chair into it. Use extra plugs for laptop, whatever.PROS1)very firm cushions. These should stand up well.2)built in usb ports, a and b. Not super powerful, but plenty to charge watch, ear buds/phones.3)very good cord management. Built in left /right tie down so no cords laying all over the floor. Plus, relieves strain so power cord won't rip out.4)only one cord comes out of chair. Neat and tidy.5)cup holders will close up when not needed. Very neat looking.6)adjustabe headrest. No need for extra pillow.7)lift motors are very quiet.I can't recommend enough. My uncle has high dollar chairs (like 4+ times the cost) and they're no better than this one.

I had both knees completely replaced and needed something reliable and comfortable to use downstairs during recovery. This chair has exceeded every expectation and is now fulfilling multiple roles for me.The lie-flat function is excellent. I was genuinely surprised at how comfortable it is and I slept a full 8 hours in it without any issues. The adjustability is a huge plus, making it perfect for resting, watching TV, or reading. It has essentially become my base of operations during recovery.The lift mechanism is outstanding. From day one, I was able to stand up independently without needing to call for help. That alone has made a massive difference!I also want to mention the sellers. They were fantastic to deal with, extremely responsive, and went out of their way to help me sort out delivery logistics so the chair was ready when I came out of hospital.
