30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

*Eligible returns for quality issues must be submitted within 30 days of order date with clear photo or video evidence.

Manufacturing Defects & Quality Problems: Report within 30 days to receive a free refund or exchange.Unopened Factory-Sealed Items Without Quality Issues: Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, subject to inspection. Applicable terms:

• Buyers shall bear all return shipping costs to maintain fair pricing for all customers
• Photos or videos showing intact, unopened packaging are required for review

Opened or Unboxed Items Without Quality Defects: Return or exchange service will not be available for personal preference reasons, such as mismatched color, unsuitable size or poor fit with home space.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse facility to verify its condition, your refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days (actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution).
