I ordered this because of a surgery I was getting. I received it January 5 and today the "home" button on the controls quit working. I am going to try to contact the seller, however, there is no address or phone number in the instruction manual under the warranty section. Love the chair. It was working perfectly. Wish me Luck

We purchased this online for my mom 2 months ago. She’s used it everyday at my house since and honestly it’s a good chair. It’s a medium size and fits her frame well. The mechanics of the chair work well. It comes with optional heat and massage. If she chooses to sleep in the chair she can actually lay completely back. Was a little worried to purchase a lift chair online but very happy with our choice.

What we expected

I wasn't sure about buying online without sitting in the chair first. I had done this before and was greatly disappointed. However, this seems to be the way of the world these days. Even when you go to a local store they have no product and you have to wait for 3 months. So I jumped in and bought this chair. The delivery was on time and all boxes came together. The chair has a nice tall back to rest your head. The arms are comfy. The seat is a little bit hard but not uncomfortable. I'm 5'7" and the leg rest fits nicely. The controls make it so easy, and you have so many choices as to what position you want to be in. It even lays totally flat if you want to sleep. The massage is not the greatest but I already ever use it anyway. The heat is nice on a cold day. I would definitely recommend this chair. The only thing I miss is that the chair doesn't rock.

Got this for my 60 year old disabled father. It was easy to assemble and he loves being able to adjust it to his comfort. Originally the seat I received had a defect that became apparent after about a month. I contacted the seller and provided picture and video evidence when requested. They immediately sent a replacement part and it looks to be in perfect working order now. I would happily recommend buying this to anyone that may need it.

Bought for my BIL who have FTD and getting him in and out of his other recliner was getting hard for my sister. Very nice quality and comfortable.

Nice and sturdy chair. Works fine. I only have two complaints. One is minor and one is major. The minor one is the controls are a bit confusing. You get used to them after a while. The major one is the delivery by Amazon the Amazon driver. This chair is for my 90 year old friend coming out of the hospital. I had a chair like this delivered to my home with the same result. This was going to be dropped off in front of the garage, which is about 125ft from the house. Luckily, the neighbor say him and asked to have it brought to the door of the home. They did that, but put it ok n the sidewalk and not the deck. Which is covered. Now this package weighs over 100#. I'm pretty sure the drivers are provided with dollies to move product. When mine was dropped off at my home, same deal, except it was in the wet grass. If they sell heavy items, they should have people capable enough to move them properly and put them where they belong.

On the hard side. Very easy to put together. I am 6 foot tall and it is barely big enough for me.

This is a good looking chair but there are issues this chair is very uncomfortable, sitting in this chair for a hour or more becomes pretty painful plus the back does not sit up straight and for that reason you can't sit straight up witch is very painful if you have back issues and also the foot rest should havebeen able to rise a few inches more after ait becomes pretty uncomfortable 😬 now the best part about the chair is that you can control the foot and back separately really wish I could have sent it back shipping is a killer really a waste of money (500.00) differently not worth it I just hope things get better over time

Bought 2 and we love them.Very sturdy but seat is comfy. Love the heat and massage. Even has a memory button to set your favorite seating. Remote lights up and even has USB on side of chair, two cup holders and side pockets for storage! The chair with everything! Get one!

Chair does not extend as it says my feet was dangling I am 5 feet 8 not satisfied with this at all

This chair is a heavy-duty model. The frame is four times thicker than others I've tried. The action design is well-made, and the massage unit is surprisingly quiet. It's firm but comfortable, and assembly was quick and easy. It arrived in two boxes simultaneously. The motors are very quiet, and it functions perfectly. I've never had dual motors before, but I don't know how I lived without them; the dual motor is the way to go. It adjusts quickly and lays flat like a bed for naps. There are no uncomfortable dips or lumps when it's flat. I'm 5'9", and my feet don't hang off. The main controller stays lit for easy button reading. The massage and heat controller lights up when turned on and is easy to read, a great function for the dark. I am very impressed with this chair and am very happy with it. It's worth every penny.

After a long period of hesitation and visiting many stores, I finally chose this recliner. I was worried that the filling might not be proper and that there would be wrinkles. However, when I received the product, I was not disappointed. The fabric is very comfortable and soft, and it is very pleasant to sit on.

The recliner is gray, looks very nice, is easy to assemble, and has plenty of space for lying down.
