Easiest assembly and came in faster than they said it would. Material is soft and so comfy, idk what the other reviews are talking about as I think it’s NOT firm at all. However, I personally don’t like to sink into a lounger with my baby in my lap. I feel like it’s harder to support my baby if I sink into a chair. It’s super sturdy and supports my 165 post partum wide butt and baby. I can sit comfortably cross legged. The material is soft but I put a cover so I won’t be upset if my baby poops or throws up on it.Now look at my photo. My snacks are hidden in the side compartments and my two tables I got are the Faesun swivel tables also on Amazon. My pumping has been elevated since getting this and it’s so comfy that I almost fall asleep pumping. I did not buy this for the massage feature, however, it is LOUD. I wouldn’t use it with the baby. My room runs warm but I know in the winter this thing would warm me up fast.It doesn’t come with the gimmicky phone holder but I bought the cheapest one on Amazon as well and it is amazing for scrolling while breastfeeding and pumping. I also anticipate to put it with my other furniture as a regular piece when I’m done with the breastfeeding stage so I didn’t want the phone holder when I do that.

As a small frame, 5'6", 76 yr old grandma, this met my expectations and more. It is a large piece of furniture, but fits nicely in our cozy room. It is firm which I wanted. I can easily get in and out of the chair, unlike other recliners that I tend to sink into and have no support. My feet just touch the floor, but I bought it so I could put my feet up. The material is soft and the cream color is very nice. I have bought a cover (Taococo 23.6", off white, fits perfect), just to keep it nice. The massage is good on gentle, loud on more intense. It does have back, lumbar thigh and leg areas. The heat is good. I have already fallen asleep in it while dealing with a bad cough.

was a bit hesitant to buy a recliner online without sitting in it first, but I am so glad I took the chance on this one. It perfectly strikes the balance between being soft and providing actual support. The lumbar cushion and the thick headrest are exactly what my back needs after a long day, and I appreciate that the chair doesn't swallow you up like some overly puffy recliners do.The power recline is incredibly smooth and quiet, making it easy to find the exact right angle to relax or watch TV. Plus, having a built-in cup holder and a deep side pocket for my tablet keeps everything I need right within reach so I don't have to keep getting up. It looks great in my space, and the beige fabric feels durable yet cozy. Highly recommend if you want a genuinely comfortable, practical spot to unwind.

I am 5 foot three and the chair is very comfortable to lay on. It lays absolutely flat. But because I’m short, the control button buttons on the side or a little hard to work. But it’s worth a comfort all the way.

I was against getting a power recliner because I was worried about how long the motor would last. Especially when you realize the only way to change the position was through the motor. There is no manual override.The jury is still out on the durability thing but I gotta say that for now, this thing works really, really well. The speed is perfect and having both foot, back AND headrest movement that can function independently of each other is what makes it worth the investment. It was a big selling point for me.Cushioning is fine though it could use a bit more padding in the seat. And the upholstery is soft and quite nice looking.The other reason I almost didn't get a power recliner was because I didn't want to have an ugly cord snaking its way to a wall outlet. When I found out there are third party rechargable batteries that can be used with it instead, that was the final selling point. I lucked out and found one that so far has worked really well. It has not required a recharge after two months of daily use and there is no loss in speed when adjusting the recliner.We'll see how long it lasts but until then, I am very happy with this recliner.

I LOVE this chair. Very comfy and material is very soft. The side compartments are quite generous. I have a tablet, a book, a notebook and three magazines in one and still have room. Be careful IF your cup is very tall as it will sit at a slight slant.One thing that can use improvement would be a way to differentiate the buttons by touch. I put a small piece of tape on all of the "up" buttons, and then since I use the foot rest most often, I put a little silicone "dot" on the down button (like you put on the bottom of knick knacks to keep them from scratching furniture). This way I know the button with the dot will put the foot rest down and the one directly on front puts it down. These aren't visible at all, so it works. While many chairs use two remotes, one for heat massage, the other to control movement, this chair only used one for heat massage. I appreciate that! I have more than enough remotes already!

So far so good. This has been an exceptional chair. Also good to know that the motors are easy to replace.

This chair is absolutely amazing. Now, the delivery comes in two separate boxes and not at the same time. Dont panic. Super easy to install the backrest portion to the base. At first the chair is a little on the firm side of being comfortable however after a week of using it the chair softens. The remote for chair functions is awesome. It truly does massage and heat up nicely. An incredible purchase at an amazing price! Compared to brick and mortar stores that are double or triple the price it's a no brainer. You will absolutely love this chair. I do have to give a strong shout out to the companies customer service team. They are so friendly and professional that I will put them at the top of best companies thus far. When I received the 1st box the next day Amazon showed delivery completed. I panicked. They sorted things out, tracked the 2nd box and it was delivered shortly afterwards. Amazing how they stand behind their product and customers. Try them if your truly looking for an amazing recliner.
