I am pleasantly pleased with this purchase! I love the creamy white color. Not gonna lie, I feared it would be a shocking painter's titanium white, so when it arrived with the warm undertone, it calmed me down immediately. Once assembled, and in place I couldn't be happier with the set. So comfortable, for both my 5'4'' stature and my husbands nearly 6' build, the heater could extend higher or lower upon the back region, maybe. And I've seen in other reviews the massage experience is not as strong as they would like it to be, but I'm fine with it, it's a parlor trick extra that I'll use sparingly, anyway.Now, I did not remove a star from my review, but, the delivery experience was not pleasant, a bit wonky even, I invited my (Son-In-law) to assist me to bring in all the boxes, two of the boxes arrived a day early, left under a porch roof, safe from weather. Once I saw where the first two boxes were placed, and how easily I could get them into my home. I didn't feel it was necessary to call him for the second delivery. See, I'd purchased two of these chairs. Received two back'' boxes on my front porch near the door that is just outside the room it would be placed. I was extremely happy about the location and hoped the boxes to follow would be left in the same location, but sadly no, three days later they left the second shipment two bottom boxes, outside my garage. Quite unmanageable for me, and also left in the elements without cover. It was an inconvenience to be sure. Too heavy for me, and left outside till help could arrive.With that said, The chairs are perfectly wonderful, easy to assemble, the perfect neutral light creamy color I hoped for, size it exactly as expected and to date I'm happy with the performance! Oh, and I caught a little sale, well worth the price paid!!
My new recliner is so comfortable and very well-made! I love the way it can be placed flush against the wall and still reclined completely! The heated seat and massage function are a plus! After we removed the chair parts from the shipping box, my 13 year old grandson put it together in a little over 15 minutes!! Wow!
I really like the chair! It has a beautiful color and looks classy. The leather is good quality and easy to clean. It's super comfortable to lie on. It could be placed against a wall so it adds a great reading corner in my house.

I bought 2 of these for a small room. The biggest part fits through the 25'' doorway and my 6'2'' husband fits comfortably in them. Assembly went quickly.

Updated, saver perfect for my room. After having this chair for a few weeks I've decided to update my review. I purchased a foot left in the shape of a wedge approximately 4 inches and it works perfect it straps on to the recliners leg lift I absolutely love the chair now
Exactly what I wanted, very comfortable, the headrest adjustment is great, no more strained neck.
This recliner is delivered in 2 separate boxes. Assembly is quite easy as the instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. I have the dark brown one. I needed a recliner that was a wall hugger, and has vibration and heat. This chair is very stable, comfortable to sit in and very soft. It looks great. This chair is of the size I needed, I can sit in it and have plenty of extra space. Is stable as it's not a rocker or swivel chair. Buttons on the side let you adjust the chair, not preset positions as you can stop the footrest or recline just by releasing the button. It even has a usb charging port. Since this is a vibrating chair not a roller massage chair, you will hear it vibrate. The max setting really feels good and you can hear it. It's loud but gets better if you keep your weight on it, like raising the backrest so it presses against your back. The heat pad is nice, it heats right on my lower back. The wired remote has the heat, vibrate and timer settings. Buttons control the 4 vibrating posts, back, lumbar, thigh and legs. Low medium and high settings. This is exactly what I was looking for.As for Customer Service, outstanding .About 2 to 3 weeks after using this chair, something felt different. Selecting the different vibration options I noticed the back vibration wasn't working but all others still did. I used the 'contact seller' option on Amazon and explained something seems wrong. they stated the issue seems like a motor problem in the back section. AND. They said a replacement back unit will be shipped to me. Replacement was simple. Issue fully resolved! This is a Company that stands behind its products. , 4 Stars and a Thumbs Up!
Very nice product, easy install, quality built in, great amenities to enjoy. Only drawback is the size for use in RV's. Quite big, so had to modify frame a bit to make it fit in a slideout.
This chair is just great, very easy to put together, very sturdy, it comes in 2 large boxes, everything works, my only problem is the motor is very loud when you turn on the vibration depending on which speed you use. Other then that I would have given it a 5 star, the size is very comfortable with room to spare , i weigh 204 lbs. very easy to adjust and control. Back support is great

I was skeptical about a chair ina box but I have to say I was blown away because of the quality super nice.
Very comfortable. Sturdy so far. Seems quality. The only slight drawback is the massage is more just vibration and its a little loud. Wouldn't say it actually massages. Still, for the price it's a pretty nice chair and the wall-hugging makes it fit just about anywhere.

I am a small person, and this chair can handle 400 pounds. The mechanics work well, but I need seat bolsters to be size-appropriate. Do these exist?
Great unit Geat purchase
I can't think of a single thing that wasn't great about this chair. It was delivered earlier then estimated and the two boxes made it light enough to handle . It was super easy for me (81 years old and hubby 82 years old) to put together. It heats great and massagees as you would expect. It was firm at first but is softening up. It is easy to get just the right position for reading or in my case crocheting. Love it.
Had surgery and needed a chair that wasn't overpriced but could last longer term. The head rest adjustment is great and the heat option is nice. Don't buy if you're looking for a massage option. I wasn't concerned with the massage option, just hoping it was a plus. I would recommend for comfort and price.

Very comfortable and easy to put together. I love the zero wall clearance. I took off 1 star because it is advertised with a massage. A 4.5 star rating is more accurate. Don't buy if you expect a good massage. It just slightly vibrates. Not worth turning on at all. I only get hooked up for the heat button.
Great very comfortable recliner goes far enough back to stretch out and sleep the heat is good the message is NOT as good as I thought it would be I would like to feel the rollers more

I was in the hospital when I ordered this chair, the one in my hospital room and my bed were not that comfortable. This chair is outstanding! Recovering from my health issues I sit down in this chair I recline it back zoom right into La La Land! Outstanding value outstanding comfort and we'll see over the years if it's an outstanding construction kind of hoping it is cuz I like it.
